Have you ever engaged in a conversation about an uncomfortable or sensitive topic and didn't know how to approach it? Conversations about sensitive topics can go awry and lead to friction, but this does not need to be the case. In this 90-minute webinar participants will be provided with strategies for engaging in conversations that may be uncomfortable or challenging. The latter part of this program provides participants with an opportunity to apply what they have learned in a breakout room activity.
This workshop is worth 1 credit toward the CFAES Diversity, Intercultural and Community certificate.
