Introduction to Microaggressions: Small Actions That Have a Big Impact

Microaggressions are common, often subtle expressions of bias, many times initiated unintentionally and unconsciously that can have serious impacts on recipients including shortening life expectancy. In this 60-minute webinar, participants will learn about common microaggressions and the hidden, harmful messages they send. We will disentangle intention from impact and identify strategies for responding when accidentally initiating a microaggression.

For a deeper dive into this topic, register for the follow-up webinar When Good Intentions Backfire: Understanding the Impacts of Common Microaggressions.
