As part of our college's equity and inclusion efforts all individuals who participate on search committees for faculty or staff positions must complete the "Inclusive Excellence" training. This session was originally developed for discovery theme searches. It has been well received and all colleges across the university are being asked to provide this opportunity for all faculty and staff who participate in the search process. CFAES has a great head start and have the highest numbers of attendees. To assist in accomplishing this goal, there are a variety of opportunities scheduled beginning January 8 through March 25. All sessions will be made available on Columbus and Wooster Campus. Register.
For our Extension colleagues you are welcome to Wooster or Columbus sessions. Regional Directors can work with Kathy Lechman to schedule opportunities for county based faculty, staff and volunteers who assist with educator searches.
