In addition to the opportunities listed in the Events section there are several internal options available. Please complete the Training Request Form if you would like to schedule a professional development opportunity for your department or unit. In addition to the options presented below you may request a specific topic. I am willing to travel to Wooster Campus, regions, and county offices for a minimum of 10 participants.

Introduction to Cultural Intelligence (2.5 hrs): This session provides and introduction to the concept of Cultural Intelligence (CQ). Participants will learn the four cornerstones of CQ as well as how they interact to influence CQ levels. This is a nice introduction before taking the optional CQ assessment. Cultural Intelligence with the assessment (5.5 hrs): This session provides an in-depth exploration of CQ and strategies addresses ways to increase CQ. Your personal assessment will be provided.
Search Committee Training (1hr): This training is recommended for all faculty and staff who will be participating on search committees at the local and state levels.
