Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Student Success

Current conversations challenge us to a higher level. You want to…

  • Be seen
  • Be heard

You each come to the college from a unique and special place; from across the country or across the globe, you are always welcome in CFAES. Regardless of your identity, our entire DEI team is here to talk, support, or just listen.

CFAES strives to be a place that embraces you and all you bring. Task us to provide a climate that accepts, provides safe space for, and values you. Your active participation is needed on the journey to be inclusive, equitable, and just. By-standing equals silence so: please get involved!

Build skills through leadership and engagement as a member of one of our student organizations, MANNRS, Cultivating Change, BLMBegonias, participating in service trips, or learning experiences through our office. Upcoming opportunities include professional development on job searching and career navigation, volunteer opportunities in Columbus, and field trips to local agricultural sites.
